Operations

Project Engineer / Engineer (Ref:NWCON/PE/E)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for interpreting and raising issues regarding the implementation and construct ability of design;
  • Execute day-to-day engineering work, supervision of work progress and co-ordination of various activities at construction projects;
  • Provide on-site engineering and coordination support during the construction phase, prepare construction method for various site activities, write method statements, monitor and manage the progress of works and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Building / Structural Engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years’ site working experience in building projects ranging from commercial high-rise to hotel and retail structures;
  • Experience in building / structural work co-ordination will be an advantage;
  • Flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and coordinate design issues with various departments and parties;
  • Liaise with architects, consultants and contractors to produce CSD, CBWD and related drawings;
  • Reporting to management team regarding BIM coordination progress, drawing production progress and BIM generated data;
  • Implement BIM standards and processes;
  • Conduct BIM coordination meetings;
  • Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow criteria;
  • Ensure accuracy of construction documents.
Requirements:
  • Higher diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
  • At Least 5 years with M&E CSD coordination experience is a must;
  • Professional Membership of HKIBIM is preferable;
  • Knowledge of BIM (Revit) and experience in executing BIM-enabled projects will be a plus;
  • Commercial experience regarding MEP work trades procurement and execution is preferred;

Assistant Engineer (Ref:NWCON/AE)

Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate with different sub-contractors and supervise the progress of all ABWF works;
  • To coordinate with the client’s representatives, tenants, Government Departments, Architects, consultant engineers and subcontractors about the detailed site work arrangements, project design change and clarify for the discrepancies;
  • Responsible for planning and monitoring the work progress;
  • To attend the site meetings and sub-contractor’s meetings with Architects and consultants;
  • To coordinate with the Architects, consultant teams and subcontractors for joint site inspections, shop drawing submission, material submission, structural calculation, method statement, Quality Assurance Plan, Environmental and safety plan submissions;
  • To ensure that quality material is used in the construction of the building.
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent;

  • Build up BIM database (Revit) from design drawings for construction;
  • Generate 2D construction drawing and data (e.g. xls) from BIM;

職責:
  • 負責地盤出入口通道保安,監管及檢查訪客及車輛進出;

  • 監控閉路電視等保安系統;

  • 其他一般地盤保安工作。
要求:
  • 學歷不拘;
