Responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical and administration support to project teams;
- Maintain and update records and reports effectively and efficiently;
- Liaise closely with internal departments and external parties on the necessary documentation;
- Other ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- At least 1 year’s clerical/ administration experience in construction industry is highly preferred;
- Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
- Fast and accurate typing skill;
- Well organized with good multi-tasking skill;
- A good team player and willing to learn;
- Immediate available is preferred.
