Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Raise and further equip the Company’s overall manpower with specific knowledge and skills by assisting to design, develop and facilitate training programs based on business needs, market practices and feedback
  • Foster and engage the development of high-potential talents and accelerate their growth along the career path
  • Take lead to handle training logistics and ad-hoc activities, including but not limited to scheduling, enrollment, internal or external trainers/vendors coordination, training evaluation and administrative support
  • Source and coordinate training programs for strengthening technical side of operations team and key frontline members
  • Manage and enhance online learning system
  • Other projects assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, previous exposure in construction / property management / engineering industry is an advantage
  • Proactive, self-driven, resourceful, with excellent learning agility, and interpersonal & influencing skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing, preferably with interests in video editing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

**Candidates with less experience will be considered as Training Officer.
